How to commission custom art from me

FOR: Paintings, Portraits, Pet Portraits, Personalised Cards etc...

1. Message me/DM/email me details what you would like, along with reference photos

2. Based on details you send over, we will discuss price and deadlines. Then a arrange payment of a deposit (50% of full balance)

3. Upon payment of the deposit, I create your commission within an average turn around time of 14 days (This can vary depending on level of detail & schedule)

4. I'll email over an image of the finished piece to check if any further changes/alterations are needed.

5. If happy with the final piece, we arrange payment of the remaining balance & postage fees (If necessary)

6. Final piece is sent to you to have forever :)

FOR: Business Commissions, Logo's, Posters, Book Illustrations, Collection of Illustrations for Print/Products etc...

1. Message me/email me details what you would like, along with reference photos

2. We will discuss in depth the scope of the project (size, quantity, style, format) as well as what license/usage and copyrights you would like to my artwork.

3. Upon this discussion we shall agree on a price and work schedule and a final date (deadline) for me to submit the work. I shall then draw up all this information into a contract for us both to sign (I am happy to received a contract from your end also.) 

4. Upon signing of the contract we arrange a payment of the deposit (50% of full balance)

5. Upon payment of the deposit, I create your commission within the time scale set. (Within this is time I will send over regular updates of the project, for feedback from you, in case any revisions are needed etc.)

6. I'll email over an image of the finished piece to check if any further changes/alterations are needed.

7. If happy with the final piece(s), we arrange payment of the remaining balance & postage fees (If necessary)

8. Final piece(s) is sent to you, in the deliver format discussed, on time to have forever :)

FOR: Costume, Set Design & Props

1. Message me/email me details what you would like, along with reference photos

2. We will discuss in depth the scope of the project, your budget/deadline/set up/shoot dates(if applicable) 

3. Based on the details, we will discuss a price for my services and materials (if applicable). Then arrange payment of a deposit or a payment schedule that suits us both.

5. Upon this agreement, I shall design and create your commission within the time scale set. (Within this is time I will send over regular updates of the project, for feedback from you, in case any revisions are needed etc.)

6. I'll email over an image of the finished piece to check if any further changes/alterations are needed.

7. If happy with the final piece(s), we can arrange payment of the remaining balance & postage fees (If necessary) and the commission is delivery to you in the format discussed OR created & set up within the space discussed.
